Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 20 days of your original purchase date. 

  1. Please email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a printout of the original order confirmation/receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned. All merchandise must be undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging. If does not meet these requirements, the items will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 


If your item is defective and you wish to exchange for a replacement, you can follow the same return item procedures above. You will be sent a replacement of the same item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. 


If you have placed an order and wish to cancel prior to receiving your shipment, your cancellation must be made within 24 hours of your original purchase date and time. Do to shipping procedures, any cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase may not be able to be processed and no refund will be able to be made.


Refunds will not be issued for merchandise that is returned without an order confirmation/receipt. Refunds will be based on your original payment method.
